    August 29, 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM @ Saginaw Public Library

By popular demand, the library will be offering free beginner Spanish classes to Saginaw library patrons. The weekly classes begin Friday, August 29th from 9AM to 10AM. Classes will be provided by a volunteer with a Bachelor’s degree in Education. These classes are a part of the Adult Basic Education and English as a Second Language Program coordinated by Carmen Silver. Want to learn a new language 24/7 from home? The library also offers the Mango Languages online language-learning system to its patrons. Mango is free for all library patrons and can be accessed anywhere with an Internet connection. To learn more about Mango, stop by the library and ask a librarian for an introduction. “Mango Study Groups” will also be meeting at the John Ed Keeter Public Library on Wednesdays from 11AM to 1PM.
